Podcasting

Podcasting has always been a passion of mine. I love putting my headphones on and feeling like I'm part of a conversation. When the opportunity came up in my final year portfolio module to make content that represented my skill set, I knew podcasting was the way to go.

Luckily for me, I didn't have to look very far for my perfect podcast guest. Growing up, my Dad, Paul Brown, was a police detective for much of my childhood, and in my teenage years became a private investigator. Although Paul is now retired from the police, I remember him telling me stories about his work growing up, and have always wanted to know more.

Over 4 episodes, Paul and I have talked about everything from being an officer in uniform to being undercover on surveillance. There will also be a very special 5th episode covering the best bits of the podcast so far.

Thank you to my Dad for taking part in this project and sharing his stories with me. It's been a truly special and unique experience.
